The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the whole place felt brand new. Spark by Hilton Douglasville is extremely clean and modern, and the lobby has a nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly at both check-in and checkout, and the location right off the exit was perfect. Parking and check-in were easy, too. I highly recommend this as a place to stay in Douglasville, Georgia, and I’ll return on my next trip.

The location was ideal, right off I-20, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I stayed at Spark by Hilton Douglasville for work and was really impressed. Everything was spotless, the rooms were much bigger than I expected, and the hotel feels brand new. It’s easily one of the best clean, comfortable options in Douglasville. I’ll stay here again.

Everything looks new, nice, and CLEAN!! The staff are incredibly friendly, and management takes time to make sure you’re taken care of. I definitely recommend it!

The rooms looked good because the hotel was brand new, and the amenities were fantastic. But when my arrival time changed and I tried to check in early, they wanted to charge me $400 for the same room I’d paid 134 for the following day. The manager, or whoever was at the front desk, had no clue what he was doing. They were supposed to give me a handicap room, but the only accessible feature was a high toilet seat. Breakfast was free, but terrible. Maybe in a year they’ll have their ducks in order, but after this trip, they couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

The front desk staff were friendly and made check-in easy. My room was clean and spacious, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. It was convenient and excellent value for the money, and I had a wonderful stay.
