Diana at the front desk made a lasting impression. She was friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment we arrived, went out of her way to make us feel at home, and made sure our needs were taken care of. Her hospitality really improved our stay. She’s a tremendous asset to the hotel. Thank you, Diana, for making it so enjoyable. The Home2 Suites by Hilton Dry Ridge was clean, comfortable, and welcoming for families. It’s about five minutes from the Ark Encounter and around 30 minutes from the Creation Museum, which made it a handy base for visiting both. The indoor pool was nice, and breakfast had a great spread with plenty of choices. Everything was well maintained. We’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We loved suite 126. It had a huge room, large fridge, clean dishes, feather pillows, and a warm, thick blanket. The hotel was spotless, and breakfast was phenomenal. It’s in a safe area right off the highway, away from the chaos. My family and I travel often and stay in hotels all over, and this is by far our favorite. We recommend it for families, couples, or solo travelers. We didn’t use the pool or gym, so I can’t say what those areas are like.

Love this place! The rooms were super clean, breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, the gym had high-end equipment, and the pool was clean. You need a key card to use the elevator, which should tell you enough. You get what you pay for. Literally amazing! Don’t waste your time anywhere else, stay here!

The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. As a wheelchair user, I found the accessible room spacious and the bathroom okay. The website photos showed a built-in bath bench, but none of their rooms has one. They brought a plastic bench with a back to the room instead. The website should show what’s actually provided because the photos are misleading. The bed was about 26 inches high, which made it a little tough to get into without help.

Everything was clean, the staff were awesome, and the room was one of the best I’ve stayed in for quite some time. The location was good, and I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area. The hotel next door was being remodeled, but I didn’t have any traffic or noise issues while I was there.
