We chose this place because we were in town for softball and wanted to be near the venue. I was nervous after reading reviews, but we had no complaints in room 114. The woman who checked us in on Friday, Feb 13th, was so sweet, and the Saturday front desk staff came down to ask if we needed anything. It's an older, dated hotel, but our room was clean and worth what we paid. It was close to the field, Walmart, and plenty of restaurants.
We slept well because the room was comfortable and quiet, and it was clean. There was plenty of parking and a place to get things if you'd forgotten something. Fast food was across from the gas station. Very nice.
The sheets were clean, but that was about it. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, the place clearly hadn't been cleaned, and it smelled like dirty feet. Easily the dirtiest hotel I've stayed at. If another hotel had been available, we'd have left. Just bad. Someone should report this place.
There was visible mold in multiple rooms, dust along all the edges, and the hotel was just gross. We raised these concerns with management after a stay four months ago. Their response was to spray-paint over it, cobweb included. Don't stay here. It's a slum.
The TV was good, at least. The bathroom was small, and the toilet sat so low it wasn't made for tall people. The walls were dirty, the microwave didn't work, and there was black mold growing on the wall-mounted AC unit.
