The manager who checked me in was rude and smelled strongly of alcohol. Breakfast was sparse because the warmer was broken, and after staff told everyone more food would be out soon, we waited 45 minutes and she never came back. In our room, half the lights didn't work and the air conditioner never cooled. We also found blood on the sheets when we pulled back the blankets. After I complained to corporate, they kept my deposit and blamed me for the bloody sheets. Horrible experience.

The room smelled awful, the carpet was filthy, and the sheets were disgusting. I itched all night and was worried there might be bed bugs. This place was nasty. Find somewhere else to stay, or sleep in your car if you have to.

We traveled from Chicago, and Kim R. was a huge help. She was kind and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I'd recommend this hotel.

We had a mix-up with CLC, but the front desk woman was so friendly and the hotel managed to get all of us rooms, over 40 of them. Our room was good, though it had a slight smell. I know from spending 11 months at a time in hotels for work that dryer sheets in the AC vent can help, and they did the trick 😂. The bed was amazing and I slept great. I'd stay again.

While I was dropping off my keys at express checkout, I heard two employees in the back talking about someone looking at people's personal information. I've since frozen all my accounts, and I recommend others do the same.
