Element by Marriott Atlanta Perimeter Center

Shenelle sorted out a housekeeping problem for me within minutes on the second day. Earlier, Courtney had handled a reservation issue right away when I checked in and made an accommodation for me with real professionalism. Both stepped in when I needed help, and their value to the organization is unmatched.

Courtney made a great impression in both the breakfast area and at the front desk at Element Atlanta Perimeter Center. She was warm and professional each morning, and at reception she was patient, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Her kindness and efficiency made our stay memorable. It’s rare to see someone handle several roles so consistently. She’s a real asset to the team and deserves recognition.

The staff were exceptional, and this is a nice new hotel in a great location. The one issue is the MARTA train beside it. If your room faces the tracks, you’ll hear it through the night, even with the noise machines they provide. I’d ask for a courtyard side room, which should be much quieter.

The receptionist who checked me in very late on 5/2 was AMAZING, even though I didn’t catch her name. The hotel felt clean, new, and safe, and I loved that the covered secure parking leads right to the lobby. The MARTA rail is close by, but it didn’t bother me.
