I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The room was dark, damp, and smelled strongly of mildew, and I found what looked like a major bed bug problem. I refused to stay. When I raised it with the staff, who had seemed very nice, they said they had no bug issues. I have photos. They also charged the full amount when I booked, instead of at check-in or checkout, and then getting my money back became a fight. Mold, mildew, and bed bugs, the whole stay was a nightmare.

We were there for three nights, and the room was clean. It had the basics: a fridge, microwave, and TV. They came by daily to sweep and swap the towels. The location was convenient for Field of Dreams and the NHRA track.

My whole trip was planned around this hotel since there aren't other places to stay nearby. I booked a month ahead for the end of the month, then got a notice that the reservation had been canceled with almost no explanation. If they can't hold rooms, they shouldn't let people book them. Being this unreliable is bad business.

I left something behind in my room, and the staff found it and kept it safe at the main office until I came back. Their service was fabulous.

A comfortable bed and good hot water pressure. A solid hotel for work trips.
