My group of five had a terrible stay. I was the only one whose reservation corporate could locate, and the call center closed before my associates could check in. They had to find lodging elsewhere, and I wish I’d been moved to another hotel too. I’ve stayed at many metro hotels and have never been this dissatisfied. 0/10. I heard several guests mention the hot water before I had two cold showers myself. After the stay, I contacted the public health department, and she confirmed water damage and mold, along with insufficient hot water at the property. The building has apparent black mold and water damage. There was no cable, restaurant, pool, or whirlpool, and management couldn’t find reservations. The one upside was the Bath & Body Works lotions and soaps.

I drove past and the place looked run down, with overgrown, neglected landscaping. It looked so unprofessional that I wouldn’t stay there. I’m surprised Wyndham lets a property get this bad. I’ve stayed at other Wyndham hotels and never seen one in this condition.

The staff were so nice, and I left feeling like a well-rested king. The place is huge and extremely clean, with beautiful marble on the walls and floors that matches the room’s elegance.
