The place is a little dated, but the rooms are nice and spacious. If you want a pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating, this hotel has them. We found the pool closed on the way there, but the maintenance worker was exceptional and did everything he could. We were able to use it again an hour later. It was a decent stay overall. At check-in, Michelle seemed a little unapproachable. Simple requests for extra keys and questions made me feel she was irritated. She was working alone at 3 PM on a Saturday with a line of people, which was unfortunate.

Our first room had a strong chemical and mildew smell, so we went back to the desk and got a different room. Miss rude was just as unpleasant the second time. She also didn’t mention that the pool was out of order. I only heard the gentleman at the other check-in kiosk tell another guest. It’s a nice place to stay, but the pool and hot tub weren’t accessible for some reason. If we’d dealt with the gentleman in the suit, the review would be five stars even with the pool closed. The woman who checked us in was cold, rude, and seemed annoyed to be doing her job.

The pool area was great and very clean, and the hot tub was lovely. We also had a beautiful view from the room. The room itself was very clean, though the bed wasn’t that comfortable and the pillows were hard. Those could use an upgrade. The location was convenient for lots of places, especially the airport, and getting to and from there was easy. Breakfast was what you’d expect, but there was plenty of it. The staff weren’t especially friendly or helpful, though they weren’t rude either. I’m not sure I’d stay again, but I do enjoy the chain.

The room was clean and had the amenities you’d need for an extended stay. Breakfast was better than at most places I’ve stayed, the crew was nice and helpful, and the airport location was convenient. There are decent food options nearby. Management should look into cleaning up the room, though. I know this is meant to be a cheap stay and I shouldn’t complain about every little thing, but it was hard not to. The smell was the biggest problem: why did my room smell like a wet dog? They need better bathroom vents, because I’m sure steam is what makes the room stink. The bathroom needs renovating, too. The caulking is falling apart, the walls are badly patched, and the shower head sprays incredibly hard. It just doesn’t look good. I also found a little worm crawling across the bathroom floor. No idea where it came from.
