Do not stay here. I used points for a discount, but when we arrived the desk was empty and a sign sent us to room 101. It was dark, all the business lights were off, and I spent around 20 minutes walking around the hotel. There were garbage bags outside room 101, dogs barking inside, and someone yelling at them to shut up. I knocked again and again, wondering why we’d been directed there if nobody was going to answer. Eventually a woman came out. I don’t know if she was meant to be the manager, but her appearance disturbed me, and I worried about leaving my car in the lot overnight. The building looked like it would be much better if the trash outside her “management quarters” were picked up. She apologized, but said she couldn’t do anything because the system was closed. So where did my $100 go? Then we were given a dirty room with unmade beds, apparently untouched by housekeeping after the previous guest. I went right back to complain, but the woman wouldn’t open the door, even though I’d seen her less than 10 minutes earlier. Someone different from upstairs eventually helped and said this happens often under the hotel’s new management. It’s a franchise, so I asked for corporate and was given the owner Chirag “CK” Patel’s name and number. He didn’t answer either. I have both your names and will report this to the BBB and file a fraud claim with my bank. This is crazy, and I hope people read this and think twice about staying. Terrible work, Chirag and Debby. This hotel was beautiful this summer.
