The breakfast staff made us feel at ease, and when they saw our children they brought out cereal the kids liked. They acknowledged everyone who came down to eat. The front desk staff were also so kind, both day and night. Their service was the best part of my family’s stay. Thanks for a great experience.

I found rodents on the nightstand beside my bed. This property is run down, and that’s a serious health issue. Marriott gave me an extra 15,000 points, but points don’t matter as much as my health. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, since any business can have a bad day or week, but this was too serious.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel is in a great spot off I-70. The rooms need updating, though, and the lack of an airport shuttle added to the cost of staying here.

The tall, skinny lady with very short hair and Matthew were professional and gave great customer service. Everyone else was lousy. The hotel keys failed about 95% of the time, breakfast was bad, there was no pool, and there were lots of mosquitoes. The coffee was awful and always cold.

The rooms and hotel are really clean, even if the decor feels behind for 2025. The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever met. I’ll stay again when I’m in town.
