Travelers Rest Lodge

Andrew was a wonderful host, and the recommendations he shared made the trip even nicer. We stayed in the barn, which was just incredible and felt dreamy. The sheets and towels were fabulous, and the WiFi worked great. We can't wait to come back next year, and we'll book earlier. Such a lovely trip!

Cabin #2 was clean, cute, and well stocked, with a great location for GNP. It's about an hour from both west glacier and st mary, right between the east and west entrances. The train passes through and gives a soft toot, which we loved. It wasn't loud or bothersome at all. Would highly recommend staying here!

We were lucky to find this place at the last minute, and it turned out to be a great alternative to Glacier Park lodge, which had mixed reviews. It was significantly cheaper, and easy to drive over there for meals or to hang out. Our cabin was spacious, new, and had new amenities and kitchen supplies. It sits in a lovely grove of trees, so it felt more pleasant and private than most cabin stays along the way. Management was quick to respond and helpful with little requests, including tea and extra warm woolen blankets. We were thrilled to get an extra night.

The host wasn't someone we saw, but communication was phenomenal. I got an immediate reply whenever I sent a question. Everything in the cabins was great quality, from the dishes and linens to the accessories, much better than at other cabins we've stayed in. We travel to lots of places, and these were by far the best cabins we've stayed in.
