The staff were the best part, very accommodating and professional. My room and the second floor both had a musty smell, maybe from the air conditioner, but they moved me to a better room on the top floor. The elevator needs serious work.

The room and building were clean, and the price was great. Umel Hemingway at the front desk was polite and professional, and made us feel comfortable and cared for as soon as we walked in. The lobby coffee was warm and delicious. Great location, with Denny’s and Crackle barrel nearby. We'll definitely stay again.

We stayed on 1/31/26 after driving two hours for the Rascal Flatts concert, and the room was super clean with very comfortable beds. It was spacious enough for three women to get ready for a night out. Every staff member we met was friendly. We took Uber to and from the MVP Arena with no trouble, about a 10 minute drive away. We missed breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The hotel is right off the highway and close to pretty much anything you'd need. Cracker Barrel and Denny’s are practically in the same parking lot, and we were excited to stop at Denny’s after the concert. Parking was close to the entrance, so no long walk. We'd 100% stay again if we're back in the area.

The hotel is fine for a night, with quiet rooms and nice staff throughout. There are a few places to eat nearby, a gas station, and DD coffee. The highway is about a block away, so getting on it is easy. I wanted to be near the airport for an early flight, but it was 20 mins away. Oh well, it's a good hotel.

We had to switch rooms three times because the bathrooms were gross, moldy, and mildewy. I showed photos to the night desk worker, who was very kind and helped us find a clean room. The chef was helpful and friendly too.
