The kitchenette was nice and had everything listed, though I didn't use it. The room was booked as a double queen with two beds and a sofa, but the sofa had been replaced by a pretty big table and there was only an office chair. No idea how you’re meant to use the table that way. The sheets were cheap, staticky polyester and looked badly wrinkled and messy, and housekeeping hadn’t made the bed neatly. The bathroom door lock was broken. It wasn’t a bad stay, but the place is starting to feel run-down, which is a shame for such a new hotel.

The room was clean and roomy, and we had a kitchenette during our snowstorm stay. We did have to ask the front desk for pans and the portable burner. Everything else was great. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.

The room was huge, about twice the size of an average hotel room, but it gave me the feel of a converted extended-stay place. It also didn’t seem well built, since we could hear every step from the guests upstairs. The service was welcoming and good. I’ve stayed at much better Home2 Suites, though.

Lula and the breakfast staff are so accommodating, and most of the staff have been there a while and work hard to make guests feel like family. I’ve been coming for five years and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I’ve seen some nasty reviews online, but when we’re here, they treat us like family. Is everything perfect? No, but they do what it takes to fix things. I’d give the hotel a 10 if I could.

The suite was comfortable and clean, with a living area that had a sofa and a nice-sized TV. In the bedroom there was a king bed and a large TV. The bathroom was a good size and had plenty of towels. It also came with a fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, pots, pans, and glasses. Very good stay.
