Shorepointe Resort Club, Hope, USA

This place is a rip-off. Don’t buy into the club. We were promised a free trip to Hawaii or Mexico just for listening to the sales pitch. Instead, the options we got were vouchers with a $99 reservation fee to book a trip. The salesman the night we bought the membership said he’d guarantee us a booking at a resort in Talum, Mexico, all expenses paid, with no extra cost, for that same month. We had set aside money for the trip before the pitch, so we used it to buy the membership, thinking the trip and membership together would cost about what we’d planned to spend on the trip alone. When we tried to make reservations, more fees kept coming up. Long story short, we got nothing. They refused to let us out of the contract, and we’re out several thousand dollars. They are fraudulent.

We became Shorepointe Resort club members last year, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our points account set up. We just got back from an amazing, wonderful vacation in Orlando, FL. Thank you, Shorepointe, for everything.

We really enjoy the program. It’s easy to use and offers tons of opportunities. Whenever we have questions, Jeannine is always available with an answer. Very friendly staff.

They always have great recommendations, and the service is excellent.
