The staff made the stay easy from arrival through checkout. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, attentive, and helpful, and it felt like they cared about how guests were doing. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed for relaxing after a long day. The Graduate Hotel has a fun, welcoming feel that suits the area, and it's right by Michigan State University. Great choice for an MSU visit, an event, or a stop through town. I'd happily stay again.

The people here were the best part of my visit. Everyone I encountered was helpful, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The rooms were clean, too. The Graduate Hotel is also in a great spot near Michigan State University. I'd definitely return and recommend it.

Evie, who leads housekeeping, checked in with me in a sincere, thoughtful way to make sure my stay was going well. I appreciated that. The hotel felt safe, and I would've been comfortable walking nearby if I'd needed to. It's close to campus, with a distinctive style and modern amenities, a nice change from a generic hotel. One thing to know: parking is down the road. I used valet, but the garage seemed close, so I'd look that up instead of navigating to the hotel address. Cleanliness and safety matter to me, and this place was a really cool find.

Lee, the GM, was easy to talk to and seemed to genuinely care about my stay. The room was cozy and clean, and the hotel's atmosphere felt warm and distinctive, not like a soulless place to sleep. It comes across as a team that takes pride in the city and in welcoming guests. When I'm back in Lansing, I'm staying at the Graduate again.

Ariana at the front desk was outstanding. I wanted her manager to hear that I'd happily double her income, or even make her CEO of Hilton, if it were up to me. I was able to tell Lee, and he was just as fantastic. No wonder he hired her. The staff really couldn't do a better job, and this is the place to stay in East Lansing, right at Michigan and Grand River Dr. with everything easy to get to.
