Best Western Inn Of Palatka

Really good breakfast and service, and the location worked well for me. The room felt comfortable, and the person at the counter who checked me in was great. I'd definitely recommend it.

We were happy with the room. It was clean, warm, and well maintained, and we loved having a laundry room to use. The clerk at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They warned us our TV might not work because all the sets were being replaced with 55" units, but the maintenance crew got ours working right away 🥰 Smoke from men upstairs smoking marijuana got into our room. We didn't say anything since we weren't sure about Florida's laws, and air freshener took care of the smell. Breakfast was adequate, but the food gets old if you arrive after 8:30. This was the best hotel we stayed at while in Florida.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was fantastic. Our room was clean, with good water pressure and large, comfortable beds.

The comfortable beds, nice TVs, and fairly convenient location were the good parts. But in my non-smoking room, the marijuana smell coming from adjacent rooms was horrendous. Around 9pm, I heard a very distinct sound like gunfire, seemingly from the parking lot. I stay at a lot of Best Western hotels, and this was by far the worst one I've had the displeasure of staying in. I can't recommend it unless all other options are unavailable.
