The room was filthy, and the airport shuttle never arrived, so we had to take an Uber after an exhausting day of travel and being stranded at the airport. Our key lock didn't work, and staff gave us several steps to try to make it work. The third floor smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. In the shower, a clearly used dirty washcloth hung from the curtain rod. The tub hadn't been cleaned, with a soap ring left by the previous guests, pink mold on the showerhead, stuff on the walls, and old hair. There was urine around the toilet, and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in years. The microwave had visible mold, the mirrors had a film from smoking, and the sheets were stained. I'm a frequent traveler, and this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I can't understand the good reviews and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Even the survey email link didn't work when I tried to give feedback.

The staff made me feel so welcome, and my room was clean and comfortable. I had a fantastic stay and would choose this place again for future trips.

The whole place smelled strongly of urine and cigarettes, and the hallways were littered with trash and dirty diapers. The bathroom was disgusting too. I killed about ten baby roaches myself, and there were roaches everywhere. It was very unsanitary and badly maintained. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I only stayed because my flight was canceled and Delta gave me a voucher for the night. I saw one roach as soon as I entered the room and another the next morning on my way out. I didn't feel comfortable using the towels and was uneasy about the bedding, but had no other option. The front desk staff were friendly and answered my questions, and the hotel is conveniently close to the airport with a shuttle. Still, cleanliness is basic, and after this experience I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was awful. A king bed came with just one twin-size pillow, and there were no real blankets. Even though it's supposed to be non-smoking, the room smelled like cigarettes. The staff were unpleasant, and I had to ask for clean sheets. I only stayed because I needed a legitimate 10-hour stop, but I'd rather sleep on an air mattress in Walmart aisle 7 than come back. The room was overpriced because of Cardi b.
