The neighborhood was quiet, James responded quickly to messages both while booking and during our stay, and there are some good nearby restaurants, including The Breakfast Boys. But the house was much darker than the pictures showed, and there was a strong marijuana smell throughout our stay. An electrical wire with hot, neutral, and ground wires was sticking out from behind an outlet. The shower curtain was too short, so water got onto the bathroom floor. The place was adequate for sleeping and studying without my family. The linens were very thin but usable. I didn't cook, so I can't comment on the kitchen. AirBnB reviews differ quite a bit from Google reviews, and I think the Google ones are more accurate. Next time I'd probably choose a hotel instead of this home, especially if traveling with family.

We were in town for a Christian women's conference, and I was really disappointed with the villa for the price we paid. Since there was a cleaning fee, I expected it to be properly cleaned, but debris and dust were under the beds, and none of the bedroom TVs worked. The worst part was finding an open condom wrapper at the back of a drawer where I'd put brand-new underwear on our last day.

There's nothing luxurious about this place. The advertising is misleading, and it's nowhere near worth the money they ask. The owner also seems shady and won't deal with the property's many serious problems. Do not stay here.

During a cold spell, the heat wouldn't go above 59, and there was nobody on site to ask for help. The rooms were filthy. A terrible experience.
