The lobby was inviting, and we enjoyed the breakfast. But our room needed attention: the door was hard to open, the built-in hair dryer didn’t work, and the bathroom showed clear wear. I told the front desk, but nobody followed up. In the evening there was also a strong marijuana smell, even though it’s a non-smoking property. The hotel has potential, and I hope management fixes these things.

It was a very quiet stay in a nice room, clean and a decent size for what we paid. The people were friendly too. Breakfast options were pretty limited, and the eggs looked questionable. The room could use updating, especially the shower head and water pressure. One lamp in the living room, the one by the window, worked on our first night, but the next day its outlet didn’t work and the lamp wouldn’t turn on either.

I only stayed one night, but was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. My king suite had a full kitchen, a TV in the sitting area and another in the bedroom, plus a large bathroom. The shower was very weak, and it was a little loud. You do wonder if some people live there. They had boxed Tide at the desk for $2, and the washer and dryer were free. I wish I could’ve stayed another day or two, and hope to visit again. Highly recommend.

After an 11-hour workday, I just wanted to get in and sleep, but it took almost two more hours because the floors were dirty and the phones in my first room didn’t work. I was charged a $25-per-day cleaning fee, then sent to another room with dirty floors too. If I hadn’t been so exhausted, I would’ve asked for my money back and gone somewhere else.
