Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Syracuse Carrier Circle

A very comfortable bed, a clean and quiet hotel, and plenty of room made for a great stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and breakfast was excellent. Thanks to the staff for keeping the experience at such a high level.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. It’s a solid place to stay, though the location is so-so. Also, please stop pumping air freshener into the lobby. It’s bad for everyone, especially the employees. The hotel seems clean and fairly new, and I don’t even think there’s a bad smell. If there is one to cover, cleaning would solve it better. No scent is the way to go.

At 5 a.m., the concierge offered us fruit and drinks to take along since we were leaving before opening hours. We’d also been given a free upgrade, and the greeting was exuberant. The room was beautiful and had more than we needed. I wish all our rooms were like this. I’d definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

We had such a good stay with the kids at this newer hotel that it’s become our go-to when we’re in town. The beds were comfy, and even though it felt a little overpriced, the overall experience made it worthwhile. Breakfast was the best we’ve had so far. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a well-kept, spotless bathroom stocked with what we needed. They even gave us bottled water at check-in. Highly recommend!
