The room was dark, dirty, and missing trash bags, and the executive suite didn’t feel worth the higher price. On our second day, a group in nearby rooms kept running through the hallway and making noise all night. I was sick and couldn’t sleep, but the front desk didn’t act on our complaints. In the morning, all we got was an apology. The staff were highly unprofessional, and even cheaper chain hotels I’ve stayed at had better facilities and service. One of my worst stays.

The staff were really friendly, parking was plentiful, and the hotel has a decent restaurant. I wouldn’t buy the extra IHG bonus points, though. It’s been more than a month and they still haven’t appeared in my account. When I called IHG, I was told there was no manager on duty to approve them and no estimate for when they’d be issued.

The room itself was clean and nice, but there were a couple of big letdowns. Breakfast wasn’t included and cost extra, which felt ridiculous, and there was no microwave in the room either. The front desk service wasn’t good. Those missing things are why I’m giving it two stars.

We enjoyed our stay. The room had a Keurig cup coffee maker and a fridge, though no microwave, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean too. Our only concern was a broken safety lock.

I wasn’t expecting much, especially after the so-called 5 star Manhattan hotel I’d stayed at the night before. This place surprised me. The room smelled fresh, the shower looked almost new and was clean, and I couldn’t find stains on the walls or carpet. The whole hotel was very clean. I highly recommend it.
