My five-year-old daughter and I were visiting family when she accidentally dropped her friendship bracelet down the sink one morning. I told the front desk, and they kindly said they'd send someone to look. When we got back later, the bracelet had been retrieved and cleaned, which we both really appreciated. This is one of the nicer, better-kept hotels I've stayed at in the area, and I'd recommend it.

The room and bathroom were clean and looked after. But the second-floor room above the pool shook and rattled all night, with the windows vibrating from what seemed to be a heater or steam vent. We couldn't sleep. Fixing that would make this room, and the hotel, five-star.

Naudia deserves all five stars. When I had concerns, she handled them right away with real courtesy and professionalism. There were a few small problems with the room's cleaning, but she took care of them immediately. She showed the kind of customer service that's hard to find these days, and this place is lucky to have her on the team. She deserves recognition.

The location worked well for me, close to restaurants and a shopping center. My room at Townplace York was spotless and spacious, with a comfortable bed and the amenities I needed, plus a gift bag and complimentary water. Check-in was quick, and the staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. I couldn't have been more pleased with the stay.
