The rooms were nice and didn’t have that stale, musty smell, and the lobby had a good range of snacks. The Wi-Fi was especially good, fast and with no outages, which helped with my meetings. Breakfast was tasty, though I wish there’d been a pork-free option. The front desk was mostly unattended. I’d stay again.

Lisa made the wedding planning so much easier. She answered all my questions, helped me with every detail, and really went above and beyond. On the day, the staff were so helpful, and everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. Lisa and Israel both deserve a big thank you for their service. The ballroom was clean, beautiful, and spacious, just right for our wedding. I’d highly recommend booking this place for a special event.

The blanket looked fine at first, but when I accidentally held it against the window in the morning, sunlight showed mold across the whole thing. I’d had trouble breathing all night in a room that smelled dirty and musty. I took clear photos and showed the staff, but even with that proof they refused a refund and brushed off the condition of the room. I left without staying because it felt unsanitary and unsafe. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was one of my worst experiences. Completely unacceptable for a Sheraton. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The location worked well, with plenty of places to eat nearby and the beach not far away. Check-in with my family was okay, though it could’ve been better. The room smelled wet, the headboards were very dusty, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. There was dried urine at the bottom of the toilet and a brown stain on one towel. Water had also been left in the iron. There weren’t trash bags in the room bins, which can bring bugs. When I came downstairs for coffee, nobody even said good morning. Customer service needs to tidy up.
