Ray, Chanita, and Kendra are always smiling and say hello when I come in. The front desk ladies are really pleasant, and I like the atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable, and the price was great.

I’ve stayed here on and off with my family for years and have had different managers. After being away for a while because of things we’d heard, my husband, daughter, and I recently came back, and the current manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Guests are yelled at, and she pushes a fake survey. If you don’t do it, she gets rude and threatens not to extend your stay or to kick you out. The breakfast area is dirty, though the location is convenient for getting to lots of things. I expected better from this place. It used to be one of the better ESAs, but I won’t stay again because of the manager. This should be run like a professional establishment.

Everything I needed was only a couple of minutes down the road, so the location worked out really well. The staff were welcoming and pleasant, and my room was clean and a decent size. It’s been a really good stay.

We booked three nights at the Eden Prairie location on April 1 for surgery, then got a call saying they had no room for us. The woman there was possibly the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel. She hung up on us twice and canceled the reservation. If corporate sees this, listen to the call recording from Saturday, May 9 at 13.30. We’ll never stay there again. Now I understand the 2-star average.
