The workout room opening at 8 a.m. is my biggest frustration. As a working mom, that’s too late for me to exercise before work. It seems like the amenities are mainly geared toward the older residents, who I think make up most of the community. Even so, the new management is easy to talk with and seems to be finding its footing. Wendy, the former manager, was fantastic and clearly cared about residents. York Place Apartments is a quiet, lovely place to live, with most people keeping to themselves. The location is great for walking to Target, Cub, the Galleria, Southdale Center, and other spots. Adams Hills Park is also walkable, with a connection to the Nine Mile trail system.

After seven months here, I’m still so glad I chose this place. The apartment, management, and maintenance are all 100 out of 100. Management values the residents and works to keep the property in the best condition possible. I don’t want to move anytime soon. Thanks, YP, for helping me find a home. 🏡

I’ve been at York Place for nearly three years, and it feels like home. The apartments have amenities I love, the rent is affordable, and the building is always clean. Management is kind, respectful, and provides excellent service, sometimes even leaving treats at your door. Maintenance has been especially great: professional, accommodating, respectful, and knowledgeable about their work.

This used to feel like a forever home, but after management changed, the professionalism, atmosphere, and culture changed too. It was disappointing, and my home quickly became a place I used to live. Goodbye, Edina. Before that, the property was spotless, especially the common areas, and maintenance issues were always handled within 24 hours. Management did a good job balancing things in a city like Edina. Things ran smoothly, residents had a peaceful environment without undue interference, and problems were dealt with quickly, quietly, and professionally. The location was about as convenient as you could ask for. It really felt like having your cake and eating it too.

This place is a quiet, peaceful hidden gem in Edina, and I feel lucky to live here. The apartments are well built and work well, and the complex, garage included, is always spotless. Management is kind and communicates well. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and properly. I appreciate how much effort the team puts into making this a nice place to live. That's rare.
