The Inn was within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and University. I stayed with Karen for about a month after moving to Edinboro for a new job in 2015, and it became a really warm, memorable experience. She was my first friend there and made the house feel like home. Her positive energy rubs off on you, and she’s rarely sitting still. When my fiancé, now my husband, came to visit, Karen went out of her way to make him comfortable too. The house is so pretty and unique, and it’s clearly well cared for. I’ve been meaning to write this for ages. I wish I’d visited Karen more often while I was in Edinboro. I miss the Inn and our long chats, and I miss you, Karen!

Such a homey place to stay. The bathtub is amazing, and I had an incredibly relaxing soak. I’d recommend it.

My first B&B stay, and it won’t be my last. It’s close to the university, and the owner is great.
