Hampton Inn Egg Harbor Township Atlantic City

The reason we'll keep coming back is Cuc Ly. She was warm, hardworking, and dedicated to the customers on both of our visits, and I appreciated her genuine friendliness. We even heard an interesting story about her life. My wife and I were visiting from Florida in mid-December, and though New Jersey was horribly cold, the stay itself was great. The location was easy to reach, the staff were friendly and funny, and our room was comfortable, with only a few minor glitches. Breakfast was standard and good. I was disappointed that the front desk wouldn't open the outdoor pool for me, though it was only 22° outside, so I guess that's fair! We'll try the pool trick again next time.

I keep choosing this hotel when I'm in the area because it's clean and the hospitality is good. On my last stay, I left a bag of clothes behind, and they promptly shipped it to me. GM Jonathan Gonzalez was especially helpful, and the front desk staff were wonderful.

As a solo woman traveling, I felt safe here. The hotel was quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful, and both the rooms and shared spaces were very clean. I also liked being able to use the app for keyless entry.

The location is great, with a Diner right by the front entrance. The staff were pleasant, and everything looked clean, from my room to the rest of the hotel. It also smelled amazing as soon as I walked in.
