Candlewood Suites El Paso North by IHG

We spent four nights here and would happily stay again if we're in the area. The movie theater is right next door, and Walmart and a few restaurants are within walking distance. Our one-bedroom suite was spacious and spotless, with a full kitchenette and what looked like brand-new furnishings and floors, no stains anywhere. The internet reached 180 Mbps, and the workout room was laid out well, with treadmills I really liked. The free laundry was a great surprise. Our room had a laundry basket, and the three washers and four dryers were all new and nicer than what I've seen in most hotels. Such a nice place and a great location. Thanks, CandleWood!

We stayed for a week, and the staff were always kind and ready to help. The rooms were clean, the service was great, and having a pet-friendly place was a lifesaver. Amazing facility.

The front desk service made a real difference for us. I called late in the day to check availability and ask about bringing our dog. The associate remembered the call when we arrived, got check-in moving quickly, and suggested a ground-floor room. She stayed friendly, professional, and efficient when we extended our stay too. We'd planned on two nights but ended up staying three because the property exceeded our expectations. It was near the family we were visiting, while still feeling peaceful and away from the city bustle, and shops and restaurants were easy to reach. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The bathroom looked modern, and the shower had good water pressure. Having easy access to the designated pet area from our ground-floor room was convenient, and its grass was a big plus in a dry city. We'll definitely come back here when we visit family in El Paso. The welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful amenities made for a great stay.

The staff are really friendly, and they even provide free dinner for guests on Mondays and Wednesdays. We like the full-size kitchen in every room style. We've tried both the single room and the one-bedroom suite, which has a living room with a couch and chair.
