Chase Suite Hotel El Paso

The Chase has become our go-to hotel for company stays, and the staff are welcoming and kind to our 40+ employees. I work closely with Myra Hallberg to arrange the bookings, and she's exceptional. She replies quickly to my messages at any hour and always goes out of her way to help. I can't say enough good things about the team.

Our room was lovely, and the grounds had beautiful trees and landscaping. There are a gym and two outdoor pools. The water was chilly in October, but my kid still went in. Breakfast was continental, and there were free snacks in the mid-afternoon. We only stayed one night, though it seemed like most guests were there for longer stays. I felt bad seeing so many stray cats around. We flew into El Paso on our way to White Sands National Park, and I was impressed by the city. It felt welcoming and diverse. The hotel asks guests to lock their car doors and said security was available, but I never felt unsafe. There were also lots of military personnel staying there. This was the nicest hotel, and a great value for the price. The staff were friendly at check-in. The room may not have been occupied for a while, or the water may have been off, because I had to run the loft sink and shower for about 30 seconds to clear the brown water. After that it was fine. I highly recommend it.

I'm changing my review. The first reservation was hard for the front desk to find, but that was just a hiccup. I stayed one night for business and would come back. The room was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't great, though they did offer lots of other options.

The room gave me decent space to clean up after a few days in the desert, and the area wasn't very loud. It was fairly clean, and the rooms were okay. I couldn't get on the WiFi, and breakfast was underwhelming. They could use another waffle maker or two.
