Comfort Inn & Suites El Paso I-10 Airport Area

The hotel is right by the airport and just off the highway, though the entrance can be tricky to spot among all the hotels clustered there. It looks brand new, and the rooms and linens were clean. The atmosphere is really nice. The restaurants described as being within walking distance aren't as close as you might expect, especially after a long workday and a late check-in, but Uber is an option. Service varied depending on the time. Sometimes staff were kind and helpful; at other times the communication felt rushed, strictly business, and nonchalant.

I'd give the room a zero if I could. I was supposed to stay in Room 406 on Sept. 26 2025. It smelled of mildew, the carpet was poorly installed, and there were marks all over the walls. I could live with a cheap hotel's other issues, but the roach infestation was the real problem. I saw at least eight roaches of different sizes in the bathroom, four on the room walls, and one by the coffee machine. When I contacted the front desk, the woman was wonderfully unhelpful. Apparently the slum hotel was fully booked for the night. They did cancel the transaction, but at 11 pm I was left in El Paso trying to find another clean place to sleep. Save yourself the risk of bringing home an infestation. German roaches are so difficult to treat. Find a better hotel. El Paso is better than this.

From the front desk staff to the housekeepers, everyone seemed to understand what hospitality means. The breakfast was amazing too, and I have to give the manager credit. Great job providing such a welcoming experience in El Paso. This place is beyond amazing, and you'll definitely enjoy your stay.

The front desk staff seemed like they didn't enjoy their jobs and showed nothing close to hospitality. I get that the night shift can be rough, but that doesn't excuse being rude or having an attitude toward guests. I certainly won't come back.
