De Soto Hotel

Amada at Circa on Indigo handled our large group entirely on her own, with no help, and did it efficiently, professionally, and with a great attitude from beginning to end. We had tried to let the hotel team know in advance that we were coming as a group, but that apparently wasn’t taken into account. Even so, Amada was phenomenal despite being left without support. She carried the experience for us, and service like hers deserves recognition. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The fifth-floor restaurant and bar was a highlight. The food and drinks were great, and Joy and Paco were friendly bartenders with plenty of local suggestions for El Paso visitors. William at the front desk was wonderful, too. He remembered my name when I walked by, and at check-in he pointed to my room number instead of saying it aloud. As a woman traveling alone, I really appreciated that small touch. The rooms were spacious, clean, well laid out, and had gorgeous views. I’ve stayed at several Hotel Indigos, and this is one of my favorites. I’d happily return.

The location is right in downtown, and the rooms are great. William and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. The food downstairs is tasty and healthy. The showers could use a bit more upkeep around the very top, though I bet most people don’t notice. This is one of my favorite hotels in El Paso.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was nice, but the open-air bar's dance music was unbelievably loud until 1am. Even noise-canceling headphones couldn’t block it out. The front desk offers earplugs, so this must happen regularly.
