From check-in through checkout, and all seven days between, Luariel (I probably misspelled it) made the experience great. She was kind, friendly and helpful, just genuine customer service. The morning breakfast staff were attentive and really pleasant too. Kudos to this holiday inn, I’ll be back!

I was here for work for over a month, and the whole staff was super friendly, enough to make me want to visit again. The GM, Rachel, always took care of whatever I needed. Karla, one of the bartenders, is one of the most amazing people I met while I was down there, and Myto, the cook, makes the best breakfast!

The customer service people recommended this freeway hotel when I called to book while traveling with my family. It turned out to be a disastrous choice. The carpets were filthy, the beds hadn’t been made, the pillows smelled strongly, and the couch was disgusting, covered in all kinds of stains. There were so many problems. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Even places in other countries with tighter budgets have cleaner rooms and better service. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. If you don’t believe me, book it yourself and see, but otherwise avoid staying here, you’ll thank me later.

We only stayed one quick night, and the room was spacious, clean and a great price, just about five minutes from the airport. The sofa bed had no bedding, though, so we had to take some from each of the other beds.

On a road trip from CA, I found the room in bad shape, with a hole in the door and a bathroom faucet that was extremely loose. The water smelled as though petroleum was leaking into the groundwater nearby, and the AC was broken. Then as we were leaving, we went to get breakfast and were approached like we were stealing. Breakfast wasn’t included? Wow, just wow.
