We had a king suite for two nights. It was clean and roomy, and the walk-in shower was nice. Breakfast and dinner were both really good. The breakfast burritos were big for hotel food and tasted great; dinner’s chicken wings, chicken sandwich, and salad were good too. The manager and front desk person were so friendly that we ended up chatting with them for no particular reason. The guys behind the bar were fun to talk to as well, and we shared some laughs while a snowstorm rolled in. Highly recommend.

The fireplace makes for a cozy evening, and the bar feels welcoming. The pool was nice and warm, and the gym had a good mix of equipment. The staff were great throughout our stay. Also love that they put out cookies almost every day.

The room was so clean it made me briefly consider canceling my plans and committing to a long-term relationship with the bed. The shower pressure could knock the stress out of your spine, the Wi-Fi worked without requiring a PhD in troubleshooting, and the coffee didn’t taste like regret. Check-in was fast, friendly, and suspiciously smooth, as if the staff knew what they were doing. The audacity of being competent! Now I’ll be disappointed everywhere else. 10/10, would stay again and complain about how good it was.

The facility is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and it has all the amenities. The staff are great and make you feel welcome. I’ll keep staying here whenever I’m in town. Thanks for the hospitality.

The facilities are good and the staff are friendly. Cristina (no H) at the front desk was especially efficient and kind. Megan at the Bistro is the best, looking after all our company employees like friends and family. I’ll keep coming back when I’m in Elkhart.
