Hotel Windrow Downtown Ellensburg

We've stayed at this very nice hotel many times, but we won't return. When we arrived, they told us to park in an unsecured lot a block away unless we paid $10 to use the hotel lot. We were here as recently as December and parking wasn't like this then. Had we known, we wouldn't have chosen this place.

It's too late for me to book a different hotel now. After making this reservation, I called to ask where I could hygienically wash baby bottles and breast pump parts. They said the bathroom sink was the only option and couldn't offer an alternative. I'm concerned about using a bathroom sink for infant feeding equipment, so I'll have to find somewhere off-site to clean and prepare these basic supplies.

The front desk staff were amazing and the rooms are still clean, but we expected more amenities based on our first visit. Prices still seem to reflect things they no longer offer, and the small parking fee should have been disclosed before check-in. There's no food or drinks on site now, and it looks like the restaurant and bar didn't make it. They do point guests to options nearby. We were only there for a quick night in the Burg and had been looking forward to good food and a relaxing evening. The TV has limited cable and no smart TV option. There is at least a small workout space.

The pet deposit has doubled from $25 to $50, and now there's a $10 charge just to park in your lot. You also added $41 to my bill, though it was reversed, which was a hassle. Why don't the rooms have microwaves? And why charge for basic things that should be free, like a toothbrush or a razor in the bathroom?
