Felt private and had a great location. There’s a bus stop right outside as a backup, a grocery shopping center down the road, and easy access to routes 100 and 29. Super secret sleeper ESA spot haha.

I was a little unsure when I booked, but the renovation and upkeep at the Columbia 100 Pkwy location really pleased me. My room was clean, especially the linens, and Uzo (I hope I spelled her name correctly), Front Desk Agent made me feel welcome. Her customer service deserves recognition. I’d highly recommend this facility.

Our toilet had a blood stain, and the replacement room had makeup stains. Kahina offered a free night at ANOTHER location for the inconvenience, but she was argumentative and showed none of the customer skills needed in hospitality. Extremely unprofessional. I’ve reported the hotel and will do my due diligence to let people know to avoid it. Staying here would be a nightmare. It’s DISGUSTING like its manager.

I drove from Texas to Maryland for a new job, and this hotel being near work was the only reason I chose it. Instead, the filthy rooms have made the stay a serious inconvenience for me and my child. Over the past few days I’ve encountered several dirty rooms. Room 138 was the worst: dried throw-up on the floor, hair on the pillows, what looked like bugs in the tub, and a toilet and tub in unacceptable condition. My daughter and I both have blonde hair, so the hair wasn’t ours. These conditions raise serious cleanliness and health concerns, yet the rooms cost $91 and change, close to $100 each night, and the customer service has been poor too. I asked to be moved, but the front desk employee, Micheal, said everything was booked and he couldn’t do anything. The website and mobile app still showed rooms available to book, and the parking lot also gave me reason to think there were rooms free. The interaction was combative and unprofessional. I’ve asked for a full refund more than three times, including again over the room with someone’s vomit in it. You can’t know what that person was sick with, and I feel my health and my child’s health were put at risk. No one has helped with the refund or called me back after I requested a manager about the other filthy rooms.
