I paid $50 through an online app for a room listed at $75 a night, and I’m glad I didn’t pay more. I know it’s a motel and you get what you pay for, but this was rough. The front desk people were okay at first. After I checked in, I walked into the room and saw ROACHES crawling on the bed. I left immediately. I only stayed because I’d booked through a third-party website and wouldn’t get my money back right away. They gave me another room, but it still wasn’t acceptable. There was no TV remote, beer bottles were behind the bathroom door, and the cleaning was clearly poor. When I asked for clean sheets and pillowcases, the front desk wouldn’t help, so I had to buy my own linens. They probably would’ve handed me dirty ones anyway, smh. The pests, dirty room, and bad service made the stay really uncomfortable. I don’t know why I expected anything else from a place like this. I’d have been better off sleeping in my car. Never staying here again. Definitely don’t recommend, 0-10.

There were only sheets on the bed, no blanket, and just two very flat pillows. I didn’t ask for anything because the front desk clerk had been completely silent at check-in, not even a hello or good evening. The shower curtain felt slimy along the bottom, and the tub had spots on its edge. At checkout, there was no good morning or safe-travels either, just the same silence. I’ll never stay here again.

I take responsibility for not having my state ID with me, and I told them that right away. Before booking, I’d called the main number to ask if my family member, who was in another state, could pay and present their ID. They assured me that would be accepted and took the payment. At check-in, the employee was extremely unprofessional and belligerent to both me and my family member. He said the main support number was completely wrong about the ID, then left. While I was on a merged call with support and my family member, they said an out-of-town ID wasn’t acceptable. They kept the payment, refused a refund, and left me out on the streets of Baltimore. I was in tears at the window afterward, but the employee never came back or apologized. I can’t express how horrifying it was. Promising something over the phone to take payment, then treating me this way, was unacceptable. This was the worst-case scenario for a company. It felt like they lied. Please don’t make the same mistake. The whole experience was poor quality, and this is absolutely the worst place to do business with.

For nearly $80 a night, the rooms still give off a run-down feel. They never provide enough linens for two people, and the bathrooms seem to get worse every time I visit. The front desk staff also don’t like being bothered once they’ve checked you in. The owners need to hire a secret shopper.
