The staff at Town House Inn and Suites wouldn't help me after a stay that cost $230. I was told to wait 5-10 minutes for management in the morning, but when management arrived, they ignored me. I got no apology, solution, or even a partial refund. I was recovering from a serious accident and had limited mobility. First they put me in Room 141 upstairs with no elevator. The neighboring room had a loud party, and its connecting door wouldn't lock properly. A desk and chairs blocked it, which left me feeling unsafe and unable to sleep. I struggled back down the stairs to ask for another room, and they moved me to Room 128 on the first floor. That room had dirty sheets, a window with no lock that stayed open all night, and a broken shower. I had to wash using a small plastic cup, despite the pain from my injuries. I asked for clean sheets so I could make the bed myself, but loud staff conversations woke me at 6 AM and I couldn't get any rest. The lack of accessibility, poor room conditions, and management's response made the stay unbearable. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Breakfast is limited, but it helps, and there are lots of parking spaces. The rooms felt fresh, new, and nice. The front desk staff were good and got me a room quickly. The price wasn't too high either.

The room was clean and roomy, with really soft sheets and pillows. I liked the TV and its channels, and honestly wanted to stay in bed all day. The bathroom was clean too, with the soap smell making it clear the cleaning lady had been there. It's a route 46 motel that does the job, to be honest. Breakfast was small, but there were tons of parking spots. The people working there were nice, and they sell chips, candy, soda, and energy drinks at the front desk. They even had phone chargers for sale, which was great since I'd forgotten mine at home.

After a quick registration, I went up to my second-floor room and liked the tiles. There was plenty of parking, and I was welcomed at the front desk when I arrived with my reservation. The sheets and bathroom were clean, with soap and shampoo on the sink. The TV looked brand new. Breakfast was small, but it's a nice place.
