The rooms were really clean, and the beds comfortable. I was here for an educators' training conference, and the service was amazing 👏. Paula at the front desk looked after us and pointed out local eateries and nearby places. She and Tyrone were both very friendly and gave excellent customer service.

The staff are what made this stay work for us. Miracle really lives up to her name. She made sure we had hot decaf at night and kept checking what else she could do to improve our stay. She’s the epitome of hospitality. Autumn was wonderful too, so sweet, with hot coffee and fun conversation. The women at the front desk make sure you’re enjoying your stay. I’ve been staying here pretty often while waiting for my apartment to be ready, but this time the room wasn’t cleaned well and the microwave didn’t work.

Jessica T at the front desk made my phone booking such a good experience. She listened to my concerns, was incredibly patient, and confirmed a room that exceeded what I’d expected. She’s amazing and touched my heart all the way in Nashville, TN. Thanks again!

Avoid this place. As soon as we checked in, I reported that the room smelled like mold and wet dog and that every surface felt damp from the humidity. Maintenance agreed the smell was bad, said they had “fixed” it, and told us to give it “several hours.” I asked to move rooms, but they were sold out. When I asked for a refund, they refused, so we checked out and went to another hotel. We come to this area several times a year for baseball and will never book here again. I’ll warn every baseball team we know not to stay here. Their check-in sign promises a 100% happy guarantee, but they don’t honor it.
