The location was okay, though there isn’t much nearby. I wouldn’t return, even though the hotel itself isn’t terrible. My biggest gripe was the TV: just 40 channels, and I’d say around 75% were things we’d never watch at home. We had no kids with us, but there weren’t any useful children’s options either. In this day and age, the selection is hard to excuse. The room had no microwave or mini fridge, so forget keeping those pricey leftovers you brought back. Half the room was set up for yoga, which might suit one traveler in ten, but that left no proper chairs. The little square Ottomans have no backs, so you’re basically stuck sitting on the bed. Breakfast is available, but it’s limited and expensive. One person was preparing it, and our order took about 20 minutes even though we were the only diners. I got something like a two egg omelet and a small bowl of potato wedges for $14, with only about six menu choices. If you stay more than one day, you’ll probably go elsewhere on the second. We went to the IHOP down the road. Maybe the hotel is called EVEN because it couldn’t EVEN provide a few basic things to make the place more welcoming after a long day.

My dog was welcome, and the place was quiet, clean, secure, and pleasant, with lovely staff and a nice room setup. The workout equipment was neat, too. I stayed two nights, and both were rough for sleep. The king bed was really hard and lumpy. Sleep matters a lot to me, so that’s why I took off a star.

The location is especially handy for me since I can walk to work. Rayna was fantastic at the front desk on my most recent trip and helped accommodate my travel needs. The staff are friendly, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel is always clean. Whenever I come to Denver for work, this is the place I choose.

We paid 97 USD, and it felt like great value. The staff greeted us warmly, checked us in quickly, and pointed us to a good breakfast spot. Our room was spacious and clean, and I liked having a wooden floor instead of carpet. The shower looked brand new, with both an overhead head and an adjustable one. There was even workout gear in the room for a little exercise, which was funny and cool. In the lobby, they had three fruit flavored waters with real fruit in them.

Found a really good rate here. It was clean and quiet, and the price is hard to beat. Ellie at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. The workout and yoga setup in the room, plus the backlit headboards, were nice touches. Definitely recommend it.
