I only stayed one night, and the sheets at least looked clean. The rest of the room was disappointing: a used towel with hair on it, dirt in the bathroom corners, stains on the wall by the toilet, a sticky floor, a grimy carpet, and a lamp covered in grit. The shuttle arrangement was frustrating too. I asked at check-in and the representative wrote it down, but I still had to remind the desk the next morning. After a 15-minute wait, someone from the breakfast area drove me, still wearing a dirty apron. The van was dirty and the seats stained. I was told it had been in an unreported accident, which caused another delay before I could leave for the airport. Cleanliness and professionalism were far below expectations. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here.

The front desk woman was really nice and helpful. After that, things went downhill fast. I travel a lot for work and usually stay at Hilton, but I won't return here. The room was old and dirty, the bed sagged in the middle, and the curtains looked like they had cigarette burns.

Slept great, the beds are really comfortable. There's a pool, fitness room, business area, lounge, breakfast, and a concession stand. Check-in was friendly too.

I always get a great room here, and the staff are friendly. The location is convenient, near the famous Crossroads of America, I-70 and I-75, and it's a short hop to Dayton International Airport on the hotel shuttle.

The location near the airport and the amazingly wonderful staff are the only things this place has going for it. Last time, I left a very critical review about the outdated property, worn and dirty carpets, and filthy rooms. The bedding may be clean, but everything else was dirty, with stains in the shower and on the toilets. The manager told me they planned a major remodel and that the next visit would be to a brand-new place. I came back, and it was still the same rundown property.
