Most of the hotel has been shut down or condemned, and the pool is permanently out of order. I spent my first whole day washing all the linens and bedding, including the mattress protector, because they were disgusting. I cleaned mold and water out of the fridge, scrubbed the bathroom, wiped down the desk and headboards with Clorox wipes, and found the door lock broken. I bought a tote to keep my clothes away from bugs. The highlights were feeding feral cats in the parking lot and watching a couple hotbox daily in a car with their two-year-old. I had to take a job interview in my car because the hotel felt too sketchy to appear on camera. I also talked with Enid police during one of their regular visits about how unsafe and awful the place was. They said they come here, or to the laundromat across the lot, a few times a week.

The pictures are very misleading. Most of the hotel seems abandoned, with only one wing in use, and the hallway smelled awful. For the price, the room was fairly nice, aside from the unwanted company that came to visit. The hotel staff were very nice, though.

The people were kind and caring, and I had a great time here with my grandchildren. I’d rent again.

David really went out of his way to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff friendly, and the customer service was excellent. With travel getting harder to afford, the reasonable rates make Rodeway Inn a good choice. Thanks to everyone there for a memorable stay. I highly recommend it.

Mr David was easy to work with and really nice. The stay was peaceful and very clean, a 10 out of 10 for me. I’d recommend it.
