Candlewood Suites Erlanger South Cincinnati by IHG

We spent three nights here while exploring parts of Ohio and Kentucky, and the location worked out great, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. The suite had everything we needed to cook, including pots, a skillet, silverware, and other basics. We made tacos one night and felt right at home. The beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff and manager were helpful whenever we needed something. I'd happily recommend it.

The lobby has a gym and snack shop, and our room came with a full kitchen plus useful basics like Wi-Fi, coffee, and big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was a lovely, elegant room, comfortable too, with great service throughout. I'd recommend staying here for a short visit or a longer one.

Anella and Trish at the desk were friendly and accommodating, and our housekeeper Gayle was wonderful with our two pups. We've stayed at a lot of hotels, and this is one of the best. We'll definitely come back next time we're in town.

We paid in full for a room booked six weeks ahead, but when we arrived they said there were no rooms and turned us away. The desk attendant was barely helpful and seemed completely unconcerned. We saw several other guests get turned away too. I wouldn't trust a stay here to be secure, and I'll never come back. I'd recommend booking somewhere else.
