Hiawatha Motel

The owner was very nice and accommodating. The rooms could use a bit of repair, but they were clean and worked fine. I found it much better than staying at a lower-price chain hotel.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating, and the price was great. We got a clean Jacuzzi room that had a lot more than we'd planned for. We especially loved the his/her showers. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely stay here.

I felt safe staying here on my own, and the renovated room was clean and roomier than I'd expected. I needed somewhere clean, safe, and convenient for my drive to Canada, and this motel worked perfectly. The owner made sure I had the information I needed and was available if anything came up. I plan to stay here whenever I travel this way again.

We wanted a simple, clean place that wasn't part of a franchise, and found it here. The manager came out at 8 pm full of energy, welcomed us and our little dog, and was very accommodating. Later, she came outside to tell me about a local dog park in case our pup needed more exercise. Our remodeled room had a cute cabin feel, with a couple of wood walls, and everything was fresh and clean. It even smelled like fresh linen. We had all we needed, and it was very affordable.
