The employees were wonderfully polite and welcoming, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly where I was staying in the back. I was housed here for six weeks. At first it felt well worth it, but the service gradually came only after I asked for specific things for my room. The breakfast room was nearly empty of options, apart from stale, dry muffins and candy cereal bars, so I got used to eating oatmeal.

We slept well in a very quiet room, and breakfast had fresh waffles, fruit, cereal, sausage egg biscuits, bagels, toast, muffins, milk, juice, and coffee. The staff were great. I thought I might have left something behind, so I called; they checked with housekeeping and called back in 20 minutes. I hadn’t left anything, but they were happy to look. The hotel isn’t new, but it’s maintained well and the price is a bargain. Our clean, comfortable room had Wi-Fi, a nice TV, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom door stuck and was hard to open or close. There’s an indoor pool we didn’t use, and I think there was a hot tub too.

The room was good, but there were loud creaks. The pool had so much chlorine that it was hard to breathe, and my son threw up shortly after we got in. Breakfast didn’t have much either.

We had a king bed, couch, table, mini fridge, and coffee pot in an updated room that looked really nice. The bathroom was spacious, and the room stayed a decent temperature even with the bitter cold outside. The parking lot was large and plowed, the walkways were shoveled well, and the inside was very clean. There’s a washer and dryer on site. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were a decent size, and continental breakfast is served in a large meeting room by the pool. I heard there was a workout room at that end too, but forgot to check. The hotel is just outside town. We did have one issue: around 12:30 or 1, while rooms were still being cleaned, we asked a housekeeper for more towels. The blonde girl, I think her name was Diamond, was vaping in a room, then rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed by our request. The other workers were super nice. Conrad, I believe, chatted with me outside almost every day and was kind and helpful with my questions. We had some nice conversations. We need more friendly workers like that.

The TVs had apps like YouTube, which was a great feature since I mostly watch that instead of regular TV. But the pool and hot tub have apparently been out of service for ages, and the hotel doesn’t let you know until after you’ve booked and arrived. If I’m paying for those amenities, I expect them to be available. Having the hot tub down this long is unacceptable, and I don’t know what’s wrong or whether they even plan to fix it. The place has potential, but I don’t know if it can recover from so many amenities being out. Breakfast was awful too, despite the “Super Start” sign. Every time I’ve stayed, they’ve put out rotten apples, literally rotten, as the fruit. The breakfast is the worst. It seems to me the hotel may have changed ownership and gone downhill, though don’t quote me on that.
