The wildlife artwork throughout the home gave it a unique, beautiful touch, and every room felt inviting. The house was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. It had everything we needed to feel at home, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and all the thoughtful little details. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived, and leaving was the hardest part. The surrounding views were breathtaking, the kind you’d see on a postcard, and we kept marveling at the scenery. We can’t recommend this place enough.

We saw 40 or more elk each day in the park and downtown Estes Park, and on our last day snow capped the mountains all around us. What a sight! We spent three nights at Awestruck the last week of October 2015, and the location, views, and home were amazing. The home has some of the best wildlife photos I’ve ever seen, along with distinctive Colorado decor. One evening we cooked dinner there and were impressed by the seasonings, appliances, and all the things we needed. The hot tub, jacuzzi, fireplace, washer with detergent, and welcome call when we arrived all made us feel at home. The master bedroom closet was amazing. We’ve rented many homes around the United States, and Awestruck was the best. We wish we could give it six stars. If you travel there in late fall or winter, we suggest taking an all-wheel-drive vehicle.

I loved starting each morning on the deck, taking in the quiet sounds of nature and the beautiful scenery. We were lucky to spend a week at Awestruck, and it’s a week we won’t forget. The home is wonderful, from the bold features like the fireplace, comfortable beds, and jacuzzi tub overlooking the scenery to the little touches, such as the kitchen cupboard knobs and unexpected lighting throughout. There’s so much more to mention. We hope to come back soon.

We stayed at Awestruck for four nights in late July 2020, and it made us feel at home right away. The cabin was beautiful, with high-end design, decor, and furniture. Even the pantry, dishes, and silverware were fully stocked, so we didn’t have to hunt around for anything. We loved the amazing views from under a blanket by the fireplace, from the deck outside the kitchen, and from the hot tub on the lower patio. We can’t say enough nice things about our stay and would feel blessed to return, hopefully before too long.
