Beaver Brook on the River

The bathroom was freezing, though I’m not sure why. Otherwise, the rooms were spacious, with good heaters and ACs, and the porch had furniture and a nice view. The hot tubs were clean and looked out over a great view. Getting to Estes Park was easy, and the Rocky Mountain NP entrance was very close. Great food and drinks were an easy walk across the street. We stayed in March 2023 and would definitely recommend it.

It may not be the cheapest option, but being so close to RMNP is hard to beat. Our bathroom had an issue, and the on-site service got it fixed promptly. The rooms are well equipped if you want to cook meals, and the river path and patio beside the water are a definite plus. The facilities were well maintained.

The staff were awesome and went out of their way to bring us what we needed. They even hosted a wine and cheese party on the first night, with great wine and a beautifully done cheese tray. Our two-story condo was comfortable for four women, with a kitchen and 2 1/2 baths. The room was neat and very clean, and it really did look out over trees and a babbling brook. Highly recommended!

Ask for a house on the river if you can, it’s so peaceful. The house was clean and quiet, and the fireplace was a great touch. The hot tubs had an amazing mountain view. The manager was really friendly and helpful, and knew a lot about the area. We’d definitely stay here again.
