The room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, and the place had a quiet, easygoing feel. It’s close to everything in Estes Park, so getting around and enjoying the scenery was convenient. Estes Park is beautiful, and our stay at the Best Western Plus Silver Saddle Inn made the visit even better. We left happy and refreshed and would consider staying again.

This was my first time at this hotel, and I was very pleased with the room. It was up to date, and the hotel was very clean. I’ve been coming to Estes Park since 1967 and am always looking for a nice place to stay. The family-owned hotel has super friendly staff, and being non-smoking and family friendly is a huge plus. My wife and I will definitely stay here again.

The ceiling fans are my favorite part. I wish every hotel had them. Our family of four had plenty of room for a long weekend visit to RMNP, and we got fresh towels every day, which was a nice surprise since we didn’t need them daily. The hotel is also within a reasonable walk of downtown if you’d rather avoid looking for parking. Another wonderful experience at Best Western, five stars for the hotel!

I almost talked myself out of booking here because the reviews sounded too good to be true, but the two king beds for our group of four won me over. I’m glad I booked. The staff really deserve credit: the front desk team, the manager who checked in to make sure we were happy, and housekeeping, who kept the room tidy and stocked and made the bed each day. The kitchen staff were always pleasant, even when they seemed busy nonstop. We also saw the maintenance crew sanitizing the pool deck, and they were quick to help when they noticed we had trash to throw away. Our room had a Rocky Mountain view, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was hot and delicious, and it was easy to get around town. We couldn’t come up with a complaint. I rarely leave reviews, but this kind of hospitality deserves the kudos. I hope we make it back to EP, because we know where we’ll stay.

The two staff members working the breakfast room kept everything stocked and VERY tidy, even when the place was swamped. They were smiling, greeting people, and chatting with guests the whole time. Breakfast had plenty of options and was good quality. We had a 2 King room with a Mountain balcony and loved it. The photos don’t really show the view properly, and they don’t capture hearing the elks bugling from the room in the evening and morning. The staff throughout the hotel were patient, kind, outgoing, and happy to offer advice or help. What an amazing stay. We’ll be back, can’t wait!
