We’ll definitely come back. The rooms were spotless, staff were friendly, and you can tell the property is being improved and cared for. Vanessa, the manager, is professional and welcoming, and Jae made us feel at home right away. Michael was also a pleasure to work with overnight. For families visiting Estes Park, this is a clean, comfortable stay with great value. It’s not a five-star luxury resort, but it delivers where it counts for us. One small tip: look under the counter by the fresh brew coffee station for the cold coffee creamer.

The food was really good and priced reasonably, and Jonas at the bar and Jennifer, who seemed to handle everything, were both great. Latitude 105 was fun too, with a shuffleboard table nearby. There were a couple of hiccups, but staff addressed them and we still had a good time. There’s lots to do here, especially for kids. The big pool has a TV screen, and the game room has pool, foosball, ping pong, pinball and loads of old arcade games like pac man, dig dug and spy hunter. The outdoor fire pits were a nice touch. The gym was disappointing, with old equipment and very few free weights. It’s a huge place in a central spot, just 3-4 minutes from Estes downtown. We enjoyed our stay, found it reasonably priced, and would recommend it and come back.

The pool, game room and marshmallow roasting were what won over our 6yo. It’s an indoor heated pool with a hot tub, free pinball and air hockey all day and night, and free smores kits. When we asked what he thought, he called it “the best hotel.” Every employee we made eye contact with greeted us. Daniel made check-in especially enjoyable, and I wish I knew the names of the pool and housekeeping staff, who kept working hard throughout our four days. The amenities seem thoughtfully set up for kids and parents alike, with space for adults to enjoy themselves too. We’ve traveled across four continents, and this is the most family-friendly hotel we’ve stayed at. We’d pick it again in Estes Park, and may come back just because we loved it so much. The only issue for us was being assigned an ADA room with a different shower attachment, which made the pipes rattle. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to be near RMNP. The location is also close to downtown Estes Park. We liked relaxing by the outdoor fires, using the complimentary s’mores kits, and soaking in the hot tub after long days in the National Park. The staff were kind and helpful, and we’d stay here again.
