The room was small, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a family, but it was just right for a couple’s getaway. It was quiet and dark enough that, as a light sleeper, I couldn’t tell morning had come until I opened the blinds. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC was easy to control. The place is close to Rocky Mountain, breweries, and restaurants. Peak to Peak was one of the few lodges still under $500 a night when I booked about three days before Labor Day weekend. I’ve stayed at plenty of budget-friendly places and expect to make tradeoffs on service and amenities, but this was easily my best experience. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and AC all worked, and there was hot water, quality soap and shampoo, and a comfortable bed. The room was super clean, the front desk woman was really nice, and check-in and checkout were easy. A great stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the internet worked well. It’s fairly close to the center and restaurants, and we’d stay again. Our two-night room was a little small but adequate; that put the air conditioner right beside the bed, where it caused a bit of a draft. The place is dated, though clean, and it was clear they were making improvements. At the price, I would have expected breakfast or a voucher for a nearby restaurant.

We’d definitely return. The hotel was quiet at night and well cared for, with a convenient spot near downtown and the Rocky Mountain National Park entrances. Staff were very nice. We had a queen room for two nights. It was small, but clean, and everything worked well. The refrigerator and microwave were useful. The pool and hot tub were both open, though it was too chilly for us to use them.

The emails came back quickly when I was delayed traveling and wouldn’t arrive until after the office closed. They explained what to do when I got there, and the room was clean and cozy, with an extremely comfortable bed. Right from that first exchange, it was clear the owners take care of the lodge and want guests to feel at home. At checkout, the office staff were helpful and suggested plenty of hikes and sights to see. I couldn’t get into the national park because reservations were full, so those suggestions were useful. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll come back if I’m in the area again.

The queen room with a balcony was quiet, clean, and efficiently laid out. We got a lot of use from the closet shelving, which let us set up a little pantry for the week alongside the mini fridge and microwave. If you need extra coffee like we did, the coffee maker takes #2 filters. Great value, and we highly recommend it. We’ll be back on our next RMNP visit!
