The food and service made our stay especially enjoyable. Sam makes an unbelievable espresso martini, and Max was so helpful in the morning, with great customer service and good vibes. Breakfast was delicious too. Get the eggs and sausage with a cup of coffee if you want a good start before heading out to explore. The resort is cozy and amazing, and it’s perfectly placed for things to do around Estes Park. It’s five minutes from the Stanley Hotel, Mustang Mountain Coaster, and Fun City. The rooms are great, especially on the lakeside, and the restaurant and bar are delicious. We had such a good experience, and this is the place I’d book for a trip to Estes Park.

Deer came right up to the lake outside our room, and we loved being able to let fresh air in through the window and screened sliding glass door. The room was on the small side but comfortable, with comfy beds. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. My only complaint is that the only coffee available was from the Keurig in the room. We’d stay again if we’re back in the area.

We loved waking up to the beautiful lake and mountain view right outside our patio door, and we slept so comfortably. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. My partner had an incredible massage at the spa, and breakfast at Ember was tasty with great service. We had a really wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!

My sister brought me here for an overnight birthday getaway, and I wish we could have stayed longer. The scenery was beautiful, like a winter wonderland, and the hotel was really nice. Our room was super comfortable, especially with the fireplace. We roasted marshmallows outside at the fire pit, and all the staff were welcoming and helpful.

We liked the location, the lake and mountain views from our room, and the hotel’s ambiance. Still, it didn’t have the usual amenities I’d expect at a resort-style destination: there’s no pool or hot tub. The spa is way overpriced, and they automatically add a 22% gratuity regardless of whether the service is good. Staff could also be friendlier and more helpful. It was a nice stay, but it won’t be our first choice when we visit Estes Park. It felt a little overpriced for what they offer.
